REGINALD FOSTER
ACE Certified Personal Trainers are exercise professionals who meet all requirements of the American Council on Exercise to develop and implement personalized exercise programs that improve fitness and overall well-being for individuals and small groups. They focus on helping people enhance their function, health, fitness, and performance, and modify risk factors for chronic disease to improve health.
The ACE Personal Trainer is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agency (NCCA). ACE Professionals are required to earn 20 hours of ACE-approved continuing education credits (2.0 CECs) every certification renewal cycle.
